Shady place but nice people. As a company they're pathetic. The offer 0 customer service and no one to contact for help. It's all automated with the worse customer service voice over.

You walk in and sit and wait. Then a person comes to ask for your ID and you get called up one at a time (make an appointment online). It was quick and easy. The lady who did my fingerprint was nice!

went to your office at391 E.149st,Bronx. After a half hour wait, the technician came out to tell me that even though I had an appointment, i had to wait until she saw people on her three page...

Always long waits with no staff in sight. Plan to be here for atleast an hour. They take IDs at the beginning so essentially you're trapped there even if you want to leave.
