Established in 1991, Industrial Cooling provides existing building heating, ventilation and air conditioning maintenance and chiller service to corporate facilities, plants and institutions. The company is a leading independent contractor that is proficient in large tonnage chiller refrigerant conversions, upgrades and modifications. It supplies long-term chiller technicians, who are factory trained by Carrier, Trane, York, McQuay and Duhnham Bush. The company also provides a compliment of major steam turbine support, overhaul, maintenance and insurance-required inspections. Its service personnel are equally familiar with screw and reciprocating equipment, rooftop units and multitudes of packaged equipment. Industrial Cooling is a subsidiary of Comfort Systems USA and has a location in Freeport, N.Y.
