The Center for Hope, established by Mary and Doug Lyall after their daughter Suzanne disappeared, is dedicated to supporting families of missing persons through advocacy, resources, and awareness initiatives. Over the years, the organization has played a pivotal role in shaping state and federal laws aimed at improving the safety of individuals on college campuses and expediting missing persons investigations. In addition to organizing the annual Missing Persons Day, the Center for Hope has distributed thousands of informational resources, including cold case playing cards and cold case drink coasters, to raise awareness and provide support for ongoing investigations.
