Joanna Weeks, M.D.

Dr. Cynthia Tsay is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine and New York-Presbyterian Hospital and a general gastroenterologist with a clinical and research interest in early gastric cancer, gastric intestinal metaplasia, and other conditions involving the stomach. She is interested in the application of machine learning and artificial intelligence in the risk stratification and early detection of premalignant lesions in high risk populations, as well as the role of the microbiome in these conditions and ways in which medications alter the gastrointestinal microbiome. She has published in Gastroenterology, Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Alimentary Pharmacology & Therapeutics and the American Journal of Gastroenterology. She obtained her B.A. in the History of Science and the History of Medicine at Yale College and her M. Phil in the History, Philosophy, and Sociology of Science, Medicine, and Technology at the University of Cambridge. Dr. Tsay returned to New Haven where she earned her M.D. at the Yale School of Medicine and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital. She also has a M.P.H in Epidemiology from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She completed her fellowship training in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital where she served as chief fellow during her last two years. Dr. Tsay is also passionate about medical education and the experience of trainees, having served as president of the Yale Resident and Fellow Senate and the chair of the Johns Hopkins Clinical Fellows Council.

Marina J. Corines, M.D. is a Board Certified radiologist specializing in Breast Imaging. She is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Assistant Attending Radiologist at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Campus. She also serves as Associate Program Director of the Diagnostic Radiology Residency, Associate Program Director of the Breast Imaging Fellowship Training Program, and Associate Chair for Community Outreach in the Department of Radiology.Dr. Corines graduated from Vanderbilt University where she earned her B.A. in Molecular and Cell Biology in 2012. She then received her M.D. at New York Medical College, School of Medicine in 2018, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) medical honor society.Following an internship in Internal Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC from 2018 to 2019, Dr. Corines completed residency training in Diagnostic Radiology at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center from 2019 to 2023, during which she was elected and served as Chief Resident. She received the Robert D. Zimmerman, MD award in 2022 as well as the Distinguished Housestaff and Alexander R. Margulis, MD, DSc awards in 2023. She then completed a fellowship in Breast and Body Imaging at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from 2023 to 2024. Dr. Corines joined the faculty at Weill Cornell Medicine in September 2024 as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology.Dr. Corines’s clinical expertise is in Breast Imaging. She interprets a variety of imaging studies, including mammography (2D, digital breast tomosynthesis, and contrast-enhanced mammography), breast ultrasound, and breast MRI. She performs image-guided breast interventional procedures including stereotactic, ultrasound, and MRI-guided biopsies as well as pre-operative radioactive seed localizations.Dr. Corines is actively involved in community outreach and engagement efforts within the WCM and greater NYC communities. Her research interests include contrast-enhanced mammography, breast MRI, and artificial intelligence/radiomics. She is a member of several radiological and breast imaging societies. Srikanth R. Boddu, MD, is an endovascular surgical neuroradiologist in the department of neurological surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens and an assistant professor of radiology in neurosurgery at Weil/ Cornell Medicine. Dr. Boddu is a pioneer in the minimally invasive endovascular treatment for pulsatile tinnitus & idiopathic intracranial Hypertension (IIH). His areas of clinical expertise include brain aneurysms, AVMs, arteriovenous fistulae, (DAVF) carotid stenosis, and intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis. Dr. Boddu also specializes in kyphoplasty and vertebroplasty for vertebral compression fractures in patients with osteoporosis, myeloma, and metastasis. Dr. Boddu treats patients at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens and Weill Cornell Medical Center. Dr. Boddu earned his medical degree from JSS Medical College in Mysore, India. He completed his surgical residency, radiology residency, and interventional neuroradiology fellowship at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust in the United Kingdom. He is board certified surgeon (Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh) and radiologist (Royal College of Radiologists, London) & completed specialist training by the general medical council in the United Kingdom. Dr. Boddu further enhanced his training in the United States with a fellowship in diagnostic neuroradiology at Emory University in Atlanta and a three-year fellowship in interventional Neuroradiology at New York Presbyterian / Weill Cornell Medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR), the American Board of Neuroradiology (ABNR), and the American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS) for focused practice in CNS endovascular surgery. Dr. Boddu is a senior member of scientific societies such as the Society of Neurointerventional Surgery (SNIS), an active researcher, involved in multiple research trials, widely published in peer-reviewed journals, as well as a passionate teacher and mentor.
