Joe's (Home of soup dumplings) father restaurant Joe's Shanghai was founded in 1995. Phase II was in the works by the son and created his own brand by 2019, hence the father son Chinese letters and symbols surrounding the logo. Only True Loyal fans will understand! Come and get your soup dumplings!
