this home inspector came to the inspection without a ladder to inspect the roof , had to be asked to photograph past fire damage he saw while looking in the attic, and was not helpful.

I highly recommend going anywhere else for an inspector . this home inspector spent more time socializing with the homeowner and the real estate agent then doing the inspection he took no pictures...
