Food is not up to par and the manager is rude I will never eat there again and the wait on ordered is horrendous

This place is a joke... been here 3 times and poor food and service every time. The third time was only because my wife insisted. Went through the drive through, my wife ordered 5 piece tenders...

I am writing this as I continue waiting in the drive thru. It's been over 15 minutes. This place is the worst- terrible food- terrible service- every time.

Wasn't too busy when I came in on a random Weds afternoon to pick up my online order for a double-down sandwich. Came about 10 mins before my order pickup time, so it looks like they make it right...
