Bad service all staff have attitude and then takes 40 mins or more to do delivery on top of that chicken & rice isnt fresh its from the day before if you order midday

Mid Chicken, very dry. The fries are sitting outside not fresh and heavily salted. Better off going to a Kennedy's Fried Chicken. The papaya smoothie is really good though.

I can't believe I lived in Washington Heights for so long and never visited La Casa del Pollo. The chicken always smelled so good but I never found an occasion to go. I was feeling a bit homesick...
