Founded in 1873, Warren Library Association is a free public library under the laws of laws of Pennsylvania. Based in Warren, Pa., the library offers its member more than 165,000 books, videos and CDs. It subscribes to over 200 magazines and newspapers. Warren Library Association has a collection of historic photographs and newspapers of Warren County in our reference department.
