Dr. Rubinstein is a board-certified ophthalmologist based in New York and the Bronx, specializing in medical retina and comprehensive eye care. He earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate, completed his ophthalmology residency at Saint Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center, and pursued fellowship training at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai.
