Medha Barbhaiya, MD, MPH

Dr. Taber specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of children with rheumatic diseases, including juvenile idiopathic arthritis, childhood systemic lupus, dermatomyositis, vasculitis, and systemic and localized scleroderma. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude from Yale University, and from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, which she attended through the prestigious Humanities and Medicine program.

Dr. Figgie is Chief Emeritus of the Surgical Arthritis Service at Hospital for Special Surgery. He is one of the leading experts in joint replacement for inflammatory arthritis, and performs more than 500 surgeries a year.

Dr. Crow is Physician-in-Chief Emerita at Hospital for Special Surgery, Professor of Medicine in the Division of Rheumatology of the Department of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College and Attending Physician at New York Presbyterian Hospital and HSS. Her academic and research career has focused on unraveling the cellular and molecular mechanisms that underlie the systemic autoimmune diseases, with a particular focus on systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis.
