Michele Yeung, M.D.

Dr. Kutler is a well-known Otolaryngologist-- Head and Neck Surgeon. His clinical expertise lies in the diagnosis and medical or surgical treatment of benign and malignant tumors of the head and neck, including salivary glands, thyroid and parathyroid, tongue, lips and oral cavity, larynx, pharynx, sinuses, skull base and skin. Dr. Kutler serves as the Director of the Head and Neck Surgery Division in the Department of Otolaryngology at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center.Dr. Kutler received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and his MD from Cornell University Medical College. Following a residency in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at Northwestern University Medical Center, Dr. Kutler pursued additional fellowship training in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He joins Weill Cornell from New York University Medical Center, where he was Assistant Professor and Chief of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the New York Harbor VA Medical Center. Dr. Kutler is a frequent speaker at national meetings and he has received grant funding for his research in squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck.Dr. Kutler is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, the American Head and Neck Society, the New York Head and Neck Society, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the American Association for Cancer Research. He has received many honors, including the Merit Award from the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the Chair's Award for Excellence in Clinical Research at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

Dr. Liu obtained her medical degree with highest honor from Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University in China. Her residency in internal medicine and endocrinology at Peking Union Medical College Hospital sparked a keen interest in metabolic bone diseases. Dr. Liu further honed her expertise through a metabolic bone diseases fellowship at Hospital for Special Surgery. She also completed a second residency in internal medicine at Beth Israel Lahey Health, followed by a fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism at the combined program at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.Dr. Liu is a member of the American Society of Bone and Mineral Research and received a Young Investigator Award for her work on vitamin D and COVID-19.

Samantha is an educational specialist committed to helping children who are deaf and hard of hearing get the support needed to excel both academically and socially. As part of the Otolaryngology team, Samantha makes lasting connections with families and equips them with information, guidance, and support needed to make the best possible decisions for their childs audiological care. Shes a valuable resource for parents looking for assistance in navigating the Early Intervention (EI), Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE), and Committee on Special Education (CSE) processes, as well as gaining information about the New York State educational system as a whole.Samantha received a dual masters degree from Columbia University in Deaf and Hard of Hearing Education and Early Childhood Education. Ms. Levy is a licensed Teacher of the Deaf through New York State and holds additional licenses in Early Childhood Education and Students with Disabilities. In addition to this role, Samantha is a Hearing Education Service Provider. Samantha also has years of experience as an Early Intervention and Special Instructor. Her expertise is in the educational treatment and assessment of children with hearing loss.
