This rooftop bar is really about the view. You have to go outside to enjoy the Empire State building. They do have a covered patio on the inside, which makes it very nice for the cold winter...

Rooftop bar with an indoor and outdoor part - the staff wandered by periodically to help the group with more drink/food orders, but took a while between the rounds. Very small tables to put food...
