(RARTL) is affiliated with the National and New York State Committees to plan/implement effective legal activities for area pro-life individuals, groups, and churches. The Organization is aligned along three focal points: the Committee itself, the Education Fund, and the Political Action group (PAC)

Located in Spencerport, N.Y., Monroe Board of Cooperative Educational Services has been operational for more than 50 years. A full-service educational institution, Monroe BOCES serves various public and private schools, area colleges, community agencies and other local partners. The institute functions as an extension of the local school districts and the New York State Education Department, and serves more than 40,000 students in grades kindergarten through 12. Monroe BOCES employs more than 1,500 full- and part-time personnel, and serves over 15 districts, including Windsor, Chenango Forks, Chenango Valley, Deposit, Harpursville, Johnson City, Maine-Endwell, Newark Valley, Susquehanna Valley, Tioga and Vestal, N.Y. The institute offers specialized programs in cooperation with IBM; The Kopernik Space Education Center; Waterman Center; United Health Services; Broome-Tioga Workforce Development System; Partnership 2000; Roberson Museum and Science Center; and Binghamton University. Its divisions include center for educational support and technology, educational programs and career services department; and management support services division.
