The manager and the online banking lacks empathy and compassion. They don't care about their customers even in times of need they shut you down. Only give 1 star because of a God sent customer...

Make an appointment and they tell me theres 7 people in front of me on a queue and I dont know why they tell people to make an appointment.

you are never able to speak to a live person on the phone . they leave you on hold for hours . you go to the branch and they never fix the problem
