History

My experience starts back in the late 70's buying and doing remodeling my first home. Through being a kitchen designer, and working with builders, contractors, as well as working with a home builder, I also worked with builders and contractors for over 20 years in Boulder Colorado. I have also been a contractor for many years, all in all over 30 years in the construction field. I now am using my experience as a home inspector, licensed in New York, and am a certified home inspector through INTERNACHI. International association of certified home inspectors.

My business specializes in making the customer feel confident that they are informed about the home they wish to buy. Most all homes have areas of needed repair or maintenance, some are needed soon and some just need to be monitored. Helping the customer make informed decisions.
