New York Cancer Hospital, located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, was a pioneering cancer treatment and research institution founded in 1884. It was the first hospital in the United States dedicated specifically to the care of cancer patients, designed by Charles Coolidge Haight in the Late Gothic and French Chateau styles.

After outgrowing its original building, the hospital transitioned into what is now known as Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. The historic building was later converted into luxury condominium apartments in 2001, maintaining its architectural significance and historical importance in the city.
