I have had two experiences with NYRP. Both were replacing orders online. Even though they stated things would take 8-10 days to ship, they were put in the mail the same day I placed the order....

Was able to order hard to find aqua brass valves and thermostatic cartridge. They were on backorder but I still received them in a timely manner. Great mail order experience.
