Drove 30+ minutes to get here to find a sign on the door that they're not taking anymore walk ins "with no exceptions" Their website states they do not take any check ins past 6:15 and I got here...

No appointment needed after 3:30 on Thursdays. Dr. Miller was down to earth, easy to talk to and addressed my problem.
