Saranac Lake High School was founded in 1968 and serves more than 600 students in grades nine through 12. It is operated by the Saranac Lake Central School District and offers a wide variety of academic and extracurricular activities. The high school s academic curriculum includes art, business and computer science, English, foreign languages, health and physical education, mathematics, music, science, social studies and technology education.
