When I lived in Section 3, it was managed by Delkap Management. The buildings themselves are decent, but they are old. Management/the Board changed rules while I lived there, requiring 100%...

It's 2014 and Northridge is offering wall to wall carpeting!!!!! Also so safe that they had to install cameras everywhere and allow the local precinct full access to the building. If i could...
