Wait times are always terrible. You make an appointment and still wait an hour for the doctor. We were in a room for over half an hour waiting for the provider to come in. Why have appointments if...

Staff is rude. Made an appointment. But had to wait for the walk-ins to go first. Try and go somewhere else.
