I have not received my order, placed in August. I have DM'd them requesting the plants. They say they will send them, they don't. I've asked for a refund, none. I saw other complaints, not they...

I purchased four plants. I have no received. Company will no longer receive my calls or texts for a refund. I can understand that they are having problems, but I suggest avoiding this company for now.
