The only saving grace for this location is that the staff are friendly. The last few times I went the soup was watery and lukewarm warm. Even the breadsticks were lacking. Used to love going here...

So ridiculously busy on a Saturday afternoon. I guess it's the Canadian shoppers? One of best OG I've eaten. Great service too. I hate to rate chains so highly but in this case they deserve it!
