I never thought I'd like to workout as often or as hard as I do at OTF. The coaches are so energetic and encouraging. I find myself scheduling the rest of my life around my next OTF class!

My daughter and I enjoyed Angela's class very much. It was noncompetitive and geared for our personal fitness level and we were able to self assess our fitness. Jess was very helpful also.
