Schwille Funeral Home Incorporated was originally established by the May Family in 1880. In 1957 the Schwille family assumed ownership when Arthur C. May retired and we changed the name to Schwille Funeral Home. We have been serving the Glendale, Ridgewood and the surrounding communities first under the leadership of George A. Schwille, currently under the direction of George E. Schwille. We offer a full range of funeral services, from simple direct dispositions to complete funerals for all faiths. We are one of the oldest Glendale funeral homes also serving Ridgewood, Middle Village, Maspeth, Woodhaven and all of Queens and Brooklyn. We are proud of the fact that we have always been family owned and operated. The Schwille Family has lived in Glendale since 1922 helping our neighbors and friends with the with the best personal service. Our difference saying a final goodbye is never easy.
