We at Pasta Vera pride ourselves on good quality Authentic Sicilian food. Chef Sandro, is our amazing head chef-- born and raised in Sicily, is responsible for the recipe and dishes cultivated from his land and childhood. Looking to differ from the rest, he dreamed of bringing a piece of his culture here, where; frankly Chef Sandro craved food that reminded him of home and sadly had a hard time finding Authentic Italian cuisine cooked by Italian chefs. Chef decided to create Pasta Vera in Hope's to bring real good quality Sicilian food back to New York City!
