A must-have is our critically-acclaimed BBQ Spare Ribs with a caramelized bark that offers a mild Char Siu sweetness. Our Peking Duck is wrapped in Chinese pancakes crepes with cucumbers and scallions to add a freshness to the juicy dark meat that comes with a crispy skin is another favorite from our customers. Although pork is the specialty ingredients, there are also other protein options like Three Glass Chicken, Grand Marnier Shrimp, General Tso's Chicken that goes better than average Chinese.
