History
Precision Pilates started as a in home Pilates and personal training business where small props where brought to the clients. In 2012, Precision Pilates opened its doors to make available privates and classes on the larger Pilates equipment. Amy started training her students on the reformer, tower/spring board, mat, barre, and personal fitness training at her in home studio.
Specialties
Precision Pilates helps women and men over 40 years of age take back their life, increase energy, workout without pain and feel young again without feeling stressed and overwhelmed trying to fit in workouts.
