We recognize the decision to seek therapy isnt always an easy one. It can be painful to look inward when you have learned to find other ways to cope much of your life. The idea of opening up to a stranger may feel daunting, and lead to questions about what to do once you start. At Thalassa Psychological Services, we try to take our time and focus on the details, getting to know you and your needs and figuring out how to best help you. We believe your feeling safe and heard is important, and a strong connection with your therapist is paramount. We will then introduce you to the therapist that will best fit your needs.
