Out of 5 sessions I saw three different therapists. No coordination whatsoever. Each one had me doing different exercises. There were too many patients to therapist and my sessions felt rushed....

I don't recommend this place. There's one PT for 6-7 patients at the same time,.The PT goes to each patient let them exercise on their, own while she goes to another patient. Then comes back to...

The staff are good, the service could be better if they had more staff to handle the amount of patients. Sometimes they have 2 or 3 staff for 9 patients all at the same time.

I attend the new one on the upper east side. Staff is very attentive and very knowledgeable, friendly . I would recommend to anyone looking for a good place for physical therapy.
