Located in Liverpool, N. Y., Precision Systems Mfg. Inc. has its roots in the tool and die shop. It has expanded to a complete manufacturing facility serving different sectors, such as sheet metal, ASME welding, special machine design and build, computer numerical control (CNC) machining, electromechanical assemble and general machining. The company also serves industries, including the major ISO9000 producers of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), Electronic Assembly Equipment, as well as other automotive and commercial manufacturing firms. Precision Systems Mfg. Inc. maintains a ISO9002 compliant quality assurance program.

At Pioneer we operate software specifically designed for 3PLa?s which allows us to operate multiple facets of business within our facilities. Everything from receiving orders to document creation, picking, packing, and shipping is utilized. As well as the real-time data of a product as it lands on a customer's doorstep is organized by our WMS. Pioneer also works hand in hand with carrier interface systems such as UPS, FedEx, USPS and more. We offer three levels to choose from basic, enhanced or advanced. Basic allows you to login, gives you receiving capabilities, manual put away, picking and cycle counts. Our advanced features make it a completely paperless operation, directed put-away, wave picking, workflow reduction and workload balancing logic are available with the advanced features. We take the extra step and make the effort to insure that the needs of our customers are met or exceeded.
