This 78,000 sq. ft. facility combines medical care and wellness services under one roof, offering primary care, telemedicine, cancer screenings, behavioral health support, nutrition education, and more. It features 22 exam rooms, two procedure rooms, child care, and flexible community spaces. The campus also includes an indoor pool, fitness studios, a walking track, a teaching kitchen, and dedicated areas for youth and intergenerational activities, along with year-round childcare and educational programs.
