Established in 1934, F E G S, also known as Federation Employment and Guidance Service, offers consultation and technical assistance services. It serves government organizations and businesses throughout the United States. The agency performs operations in more than 255 facilities, residences and off-site locations. F E G S is approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, International Association of Counseling Services and National Board for Certified Counselors. The agency conducts Students Advocating Against Violence Initiative program that helps students in managing anger. It also offers estate planning and lifetime advocacy services for adults with physical, emotional and developmental disabilities. The agency additionally provides management consulting, information technology and temporary staffing services. F.E.G.S offers transitional and permanent housing solutions.
