Pre-face: It's not a bad place, so don't get me wrong or write it off completely. They've got potential to be great. I think the issue is that they are trying too hard. I agree with someone else...

Excellent deli! Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Food is delicious. Many choices and good options.
