Be it our social and public identities, family structures, or careers, the process of transitioning often kicks up a lot of anxiety and feelings of uncertainty. Things get considerably tougher and more complicated in the face bias and discrimination, court involvement, or other systemic obstacles. As a clinician and an attorney, my practice specializes in helping people navigate transitions, either as a therapist, a supportive coach, or as a consultant.
