Dr. Russell Rosenblatt is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City. He specializes management of patients with liver diseases including autoimmune liver disease, viral hepatitis B and C, fatty liver disease, metabolic liver disease, and liver cancers. He received the AASLD Advanced/Transplant Hepatology Fellow Award in 2018. He completed his transplant hepatology fellowship at Columbia University Medical Center and Weill Cornell Medicine in 2019.

Dr. Chen provides services for patients with epilepsy in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Dr. Chen has been investigating the utilization of electroencephalography (EEG) in detecting seizures. He has also conducted studies on optimizing anti-seizure medications and neuromodulation in epilepsy patient care. His publication record includes multiple papers from his research study in major scientific journals. Dr. Chen has also been the principal-investigator for an anti-seizure medication clinical trials at George Washington University. He has also served on committees at the American Epilepsy Society and as a reviewer for peer-reviewed journals. He has been an invited speaker to discuss seizure treatment at the national neurology conference. He is also an advocate for seizure patients and served as a board member of the Epilepsy Foundation, DC Chapter.
