Customer service is very poor, they give off a vibe of not my problem, the turn over rate is very high at this location, so maybe that's why. I am not happy with Safegaurd, and it is costing me money.

Jermaine was great at explaining the process, facilities, and available units. The staff was nice overall and the storage building was clean & the air was cool. No complaints at all! 5/5 stars!

In my opinion, the staff were not present. Again, in my opinion, the whole basement was scary and desolate and very cold. I rarely saw anyone around. The locks were of poor quality and broke many...
