Ameeka George, MS, PNP, RN, BS is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner. She holds her Master’s degree from Columbia University School of Nursing. She diagnosis and treats children and adolescents with scoliosis and is trained in the conservative, non-operative management of these patients. Prior to joining the teams of Drs. Michael Vitale and Benjamin Roye, she worked in a fast-paced primary care clinic in the Bronx taking care of patients mostly from underserved communities. Even as she now specializes in orthopedics, her training and background have taught her to treat the entire patient and that each patient deserves access to quality medical care no matter their background.
