History

Back in 2013 two families came together over a child's birthday party and a smoker. It did not take long for us to recognize how much we enjoyed the art of smoking and old world charcuterie. Not only did we enjoy it but it also brought our families together. From our Home Depot smoker we graduated into Ol' Black Barrel - our much larger Heartland Rotisserie Smoker. We honed in our dry rubs to lip smacking perfection, without taking away from the natural flavors of the meat. We are so confident in our flavors that we always serve our meat naked. You are more than welcome to sauce your meat with any one of our signature sauces, be rest assure it does well on its own.
