History

I started in the Real Estate business as a salesperson at the tender age of 19. I quickly realized I was more adept at the business end of Real Estate and not the sales end. I spent a few years as a staff appraiser when I found a passion for construction. I worked as a construction manager in Westchester County for a few years until the sound of the surf called me back to Long Island were I began appraising again as an independent appraiser. I established an education program for new appraisers and traveled around the Island for a few years instructing staff appraisers for several different companies. After a short stint in a partnership Sound Appraisal Services was born. I now run my successful small appraisal company with my wife from our home in Miller Place.
