This place up-charges customers!!! I rarely use the drop-off service because they have done an awful job in the past. Unless you specify a separate whites wash, they throw everything in one load...

It is okay to drop off your clothes however when you close the doors on the washers they do not all the time close ...an the dryers you have to place the card a few times before the dryer starts...
