Food has improved a great deal but the service is always great as usual. I go there mainly for their pastries and coffee service sometimes I will get there food but almost always the specials.

The food is great, and uses top quality ingredients- which is almost impossible to find around nyc. Organic and seed oil free, I always feel good after eating here.

I like running into Spring Street Aspen for coffee and pastries . Coffee is usually good. My favorite pastries are the banana walnut bread and pumpkin chocolate chip bread. Love the energy balls....
