Hours listed as open until 9 PM every night of the week. Arrived at 7 PM Wednesday December 17 to a closed dark location.

We got there at 1:31 and ordered 2 drinks. We left at about 1:50! For two drinks! I understand things happen and stores get busy but there was no sense of urgency at all.

So gross, rude service. Hair in my drink. I took a few sips before realizing and nobody could even apologize or be nice about it to me besides the cashier. He was sweet.
