Sushi Sen-nin first opened its doors in 1997 on 34th Street, between Park and Madison. Striving to introduce and provide what was once considered unfamiliar yet quality and delicious Sushi and Sashimi to guests, Chef Matsu has for many years studied and practiced the art of Japanese culinary so as to create an authentic experience for his guests. He has along with his team succeeded in doing so for over almost two decades and continue to present his regular and new guests with only the freshest and appetizing meals within a modern Japanese influenced ambiance.The authenticity of the sushi and sashimi served can be seen in the unique variety of daily catches. Simple in presentation without all the gimmicks yet true to the Japanese spirit and core.
