Sweet Generation is an artisan bakery in New York City that specializes in handcrafted pastries and cakes. Their mission goes beyond baking, as every purchase supports RISE, their nonprofit workforce development program that empowers young people from historically marginalized communities.

Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, Sweet Generation has made significant contributions over the past 10 years, training and working with over 150 young individuals.
