This target is always a disaster. The clothes are all over and toys are frequently out of stock. The self check outs are never open. If you're in a hurry, it's not a place to go.

The worst Target I've ever been in. One lane open for check out. Rows were in such disarray that it looked like a bomb went off in there. Poor, poor management.
