The Chaseholm Farm Creamery is a small batch, artisanal cheese maker located on the multi-generational Chaseholm Farm just outside of Pine Plains, NY. They are known for producing cow's milk cheese from their own herd, making them one of the few Farmstead outfits in New York.

Amazing cheese! No kidding, this is a best kept secret. Rather hard to find, mostly sold at Farmers Markets around the Hudson Valley.
