Eva Kornet went from a classic life and business coach education, to spiritual practises like shamanism, energy medicine, meditation techniques, Kundalini Yoga and Breathwork. Her work is an intuitive way of providing what's needed most. She works very flexible in Healing modalities. She studied with well know international teacher like David Elliott and John Ameral.

Specialties

Breathwork is an active meditation technique. The breath is used as a healing tool to make space for the body to heal itself. This practise can assist with releasing stuck emotions, old narratives, cleanse the nervous system of unprocessed life events and opens the body, mind and spirit to your unique truth. It deeply connects to the inner wisdom to be guided by it. It's a deep healing practise that peels of false layers of yourself and makes space for who we truly are. It has various health benefits and it can be a highly spiritual experience. No previous experiences needed. It will pick you up where your are at and provides what you need most.
