Bear s menu includes appetizers, salads, such as house, soup, tuna, chef s, Caesar and chicken salads, roasted and corned beef, turkey, cr me brulee, potato skin, crawfish, and grilled salmon. Its menu also includes snowcap salmon, shrimp and scallops, jumbo lump crabcake and shrimp cocktails, pork tenderloin, lamb, veal Marsala, Mexican plate, and rib eye. Bear offers a wide variety of beverages, including chardonnay, American sparkling, red, white and blush wines, Champagne, gourmet tea and coffee, rum, bottled and draft beer, and espresso drinks. The restaurant also specializes in catering for occasions, such as corporate events, rehearsal dinners, weddings, birthday parties and anniversaries, baby showers and golf outings, and offers a separate catering menu.
